1 lb ground beef
1/4 tsp salt
10 oz frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
16 oz. frozen tater tots (I usually just buy a big bag, use what I need and save the rest for the next recipe)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown beef in a skillet with salt. Spoon into a lightly greased 2.5 quart casserole dish. Layer frozen vegetables, soup, and cheese on top of ground beef. Top with tater tots and bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes or until tater tots are done.
